We also accept most private health funds through HICAPS and see eligible patients under government dental programs including the Child Dental Benefits Schedule and DVA arrangements.

As a preferred provider for these funds, Dentists @ Canning Vale has contracted agreed rates for selected dental treatments — which can mean lower out-of-pocket expenses or no-gap preventative check-ups and cleans for eligible members. Please confirm your specific entitlements with your fund before your appointment.
Bupa Members First Platinum
Eligible Bupa members may access up to two no-gap dental check-ups and cleans per year at our clinic, subject to your policy, waiting periods, annual limits and Bupa fund rules.
Medibank Members’ Choice Advantage
Eligible Medibank members may receive 100% back on selected dental check-ups and cleans, subject to your policy, waiting periods, annual limits and Medibank fund rules.
HCF More For Teeth
Eligible HCF members may receive 100% back on selected dental services per calendar year at our clinic, subject to your policy, annual limits and HCF fund rules.
HBF Member Plus
HBF Member Plus dental providers may help minimise out-of-pocket costs for preventative dental services. Eligible members may receive 50%–100% back, subject to annual limits and HBF fund rules.
nib First Choice
Eligible nib Extras members may access agreed rates on selected dental services at our clinic, depending on their policy, annual limits, waiting periods and nib fund rules.
CBHS Choice Network
Eligible CBHS members may reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs on selected preventative dental services, subject to their policy, annual limits and CBHS fund rules.
✓ Other Accepted Health Funds
We accept all private health funds with extras dental cover through our on-the-spot HICAPS electronic terminal. While these funds do not have a formal preferred provider agreement with our practice, eligible members can still claim their dental rebates instantly at your appointment and pay only the gap.

HIF Health Insurance
We welcome all HIF members and process claims on the spot via HICAPS. Members can claim their extras dental rebate immediately and pay only the out-of-pocket gap at their appointment.
OneMediFund & Other Funds
We accept OneMediFund and all other Australian private health funds through HICAPS. If your fund is not listed here, contact our team to confirm on-the-spot claiming for your appointment.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
An Australian Government program providing capped dental benefits for eligible children aged 0–17 years. Eligibility is assessed by Services Australia. We can see eligible children under this program.
DVA Dental Care
We see eligible Gold Card and White Card holders under DVA arrangements. Covered services may include routine check-ups, cleaning, fillings and other eligible treatments, subject to DVA entitlements.

Afterpay
Pay for your appointment in 4 equal, interest-free instalments due every 2 weeks. Simply scan your Afterpay card at our reception terminal for instant mobile approval, with zero fees when paid on time.
Fund My Dental
